A two-story restaurant with ample seating. The decor is stylish and cozy. There's plenty of space between the tables. The octopus salad appetizer is a bit disappointing, as the octopus flavor is completely overwhelmed by very fragrant aromas of sesame seeds, chili, mushrooms, and other flavors I couldn't identify. The ramen menus are affordable and satisfying. The menu includes adamame as an appetizer, which isn't particularly interesting but keeps customers occupied while the kitchen prepares the main course. The confit pork ramen (Tonkotsu Chashu) is succulent and flavorful, as is the tan tan ramen (Tanmen), which is spicy minced pork ramen. Each ramen also includes naruto (sesame paste), sesame paste, noodles, a soft-boiled egg, bok choy, and a sheet of nori seaweed. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere calm with soft background music. Definitely the best ramen restaurant in Angoulême. I'll be back because there's a tempting menu with plenty of options. (Octopus fritters, mango mille-feuille :P)

The meal as a whole was very good, the service was excellent, but there was a major drawback: the wait between courses was interminable! A real shame for such good food. I will return, but please improve the service time. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, often asking how things were going. I think the rice has a problem because it doesn't stay in the sushi/maki rolls. It's as if the rice isn't suitable; it's not sticky enough. I also ordered a chicken curry, which I found rather average. The restaurant's decor is really lovely. I came twice this week to try several dishes and be sure of my opinion.

Whether you order takeout or eat in, the food is of very good quality, served hot, and the welcome is warm. Highly recommended.

Great Japanese restaurant! Generous portions of sushi and platters of various types at affordable prices. The waitress is very professional, pleasant, and attentive to the customer's well-being. I've been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed. The products are fresh and good. The service is fast and the servers are friendly. A small downside is the coconut pearls, which lack creaminess and are a bit floury, but that's a rather personal taste.

Superb setting, friendly and professional staff, extensive menu (but not too extensive, just enough) and affordable prices. I highly recommend it for sushi and other food lovers; it's a real treat!!! 🤤
