Absolutely incredible! Honestly, the best sushi in Auxerre. The quality, the atmosphere, everything is perfect. I especially recommend their excellent homemade cheese skewer. The staff is also very welcoming, particularly Laurent, a charming young man who took care of us all evening. I highly recommend it.

The food is very good; there are no bones in the skewers, unlike at Ayako Sushi. The portion of rice is generous. You can customize your order. The egg rolls are only available here and are delicious! It's a shame they're not on Uber Eats and don't deliver to Vallan.
