Extensive selection, raw and cooked, there's something for everyone. Very fresh. The staff is very friendly and professional. The setting is a bit basic and impersonal.

As long-time customers, we particularly appreciate the freshness and tenderness of the fish in the ocean sashimi and chirashi, as well as the crispy fried gyoza. The website has recently been updated and now allows for customization of menu options. Interesting.

Makishop

08/09/2026: A wonderful and surprising find in this neighborhood. Guided by the good reviews, I wasn't disappointed. The dining room is cozy, the white wine by the glass is excellent (a rarity in Japanese restaurants), and some of the dishes are quite original. And the staff are incredibly friendly...go without hesitation.
06/09/2026: Having come from Dijon to help our daughter move to Bordeaux for her studies, we discovered this restaurant quite by chance. Everything was more than perfect: the welcome, the decor, the atmosphere, and of course the food (quality, finesse, generous portions...). I thank the staff for their kindness and attentiveness. We will definitely return on our next trip to Bordeaux.
