As long-time customers, we particularly appreciate the freshness and tenderness of the fish in the seared seafood and chirashi bowls, as well as the crispy fried gyozas. The website has recently been updated and now allows for customization of menu options. Interesting.

22/05/2026: An excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Rue St. Rémy! I had lunch there with colleagues during the week and had a very pleasant experience, both in terms of the service and the food. The three-course menu with starter and dessert was very tempting. The miso soup is one of the best I've ever tasted; the broth is intensely flavorful. The salmon carpaccio consists of sashimi with a homemade sauce that's absolutely delicious. The gyoza and vegetable tempura are equally delightful. All this accompanied by explanations from the chef, who clearly knows his stuff. Thank you for the warm welcome, and see you soon!
