After many years of coming to this Chinese restaurant, I can only highly recommend it. The welcome is always warm, and both the waiter and waitress are incredibly kind. You truly feel comfortable every time you visit. The dishes are delicious, and the quality is consistently excellent. It's a place you'll gladly return to, and one I recommend without hesitation.

We came last night for the second time as a family. The welcome is always warm, the staff are very friendly, and the food is very good. They always have a little something for my son at the end of the meal (a bag of candy or a lollipop). I highly recommend this restaurant.

Top quality, fresh fish, pleasant service and welcome, warm atmosphere. All-you-can-eat and à la carte options available. The udon soup in winter, whether eaten in or taken away, is a great way to warm up as the temperatures drop. I highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: It was a good experience to eat at why not. The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. The service was a bit stiff and the room a bit cold. There are different chairs in the restaurant, and some of the chairs are not suitable for sitting on for a few hours. The price includes a good bottle of champagne, which is part of eating at a restaurant in Épernay.
25/03/2026: Passing through the area, we stumbled upon Why Not by chance. And what a happy coincidence! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is quick and efficient. We opted for the rack of lamb and the steak tartare. The latter was seasoned right in front of us, and it was absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best I've ever had. Thank you again.

08/07/2025: Great delicious refined food, fast and friendly service, overall very good experience. If there’s one thing that could be better, the only thing we could think of was the bread which was not completely on point. But the rest was really great! Can absolutely recommend this place!
06/07/2025: Lovely restaurant! We went here with both my and my husbands families just before our wedding, there were 10 of us with some rather picky eaters but everyone loved the food! Great options, great value for money, delicious food, the atmosphere in the underground cellar was great and nice and cool on a very hot summers day. The staff were lovely. Definitely would recommend
