01/05/2026: A fantastic experience! The welcome was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and warm. The skewers were delicious; some even left us speechless! The counter seating, perfect for watching the chefs, was a real bonus. The waitress explained each skewer and its accompanying sauce, a true delight for the taste buds! We were there for a birthday, and the chef wrote a message in Japanese on our plate to celebrate—a lovely touch! We even had the chance to chat and take a photo with the chef, who was very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique experience in Paris. To sum it up in five words: a truly timeless moment.
