SUSHI in chatillon sur Chatillon

02/12/2025: Cent Sushi is a perfect example of a small, unassuming neighborhood restaurant that does a great job. The place is simple and unpretentious, but the focus is on the food: fresh ingredients, quick service, and excellent value for money. The sushi boat was beautifully presented, with a varied assortment and generous slices of fish. The maki rolls were well-balanced, the rice perfectly cooked, and the fish clearly fresh. The small side dishes (miso soup, salad, ginger) were also a plus, served quickly and well-seasoned. The mochi for dessert was a pleasant surprise. The service is discreet, efficient, and respectful, and the dishes arrive quickly, even during busy times. A pleasant spot for an unpretentious Japanese meal, consistently good and very reasonably priced. A reliable choice in the neighborhood.
