Sushi Kai sur Beaune

Today was my tenth visit, and I still feel this is the best restaurant for Japanese food in Beaune. Chef Zian's sushi, in particular, is superb. As a Japanese person, I eat a lot of sushi. His sushi is perfectly balanced and melts in your mouth. The server, Zian, is very friendly and recommends delicious wines. Actually, the food is great, but the wine list is also fantastic. If you're looking for truly authentic and delicious Japanese food, I highly recommend visiting.

We have rarely eaten such good sushi. My tuna nigiri was a culinary revelation. The cheesecake dessert was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The service was also friendly and attentive, and the server spoke perfect English. We will definitely be back!
