27/02/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the starters and main courses were outstanding. We were full for dessert, but the plates we saw being served looked very promising.
We had a chance to chat with the waiter and the owner at the end of our meal; they are very friendly people who clearly care about making their customers happy with their cooking. A great place to remember and return to on our next trip to Beaune.

04/04/2026: A superb discovery during my visit to the city; everything was perfect, from the service to the food. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef bourguignon. The welcome was very pleasant. For such high-quality service, I even found the price more than reasonable.
17/03/2026: If you want to sample authentic Burgundian cuisine, this is the place to be. The ‘oeufs en meurette’ and the ‘boeuf bourguignon’ are exquisite. The service is also very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is also very atmospheric, especially downstairs, where you sit in the vaulted ceilings.

26/02/2026: We randomly walked into one of Beaune's many restaurants.
And it was the right choice!
Here, they cook, and it's delicious. The customer is king, and they make sure you know it.
Thank you also for the warm welcome.
Of course, it wasn't full on that Wednesday evening in February, but I'm sure it's the same the rest of the year.
Special mention to the chocolate fondant to finish.

For me, the pork belly (cooked for 48 hours) was an immense delight, where textures and flavors blended in perfect harmony. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through this charming town.
