26/03/2026: The restaurant cost a little over 100 for two people, about 50 per person. Location: Excellent location, near the Champs-Élysées, valet parking available. Ambiance: Currently, besides Shang Palace, this is the second best Chinese restaurant I've had. The fusion of Chinese and French styles is excellent. The overall decor and hard furnishings are French, while the soft furnishings are Chinese, featuring many Asian and Chinese artworks. Food: We ordered three dishes, a soup, and two bowls of rice. We ordered too much. 1. Cantonese Roast Duck: Crispy skin and plump meat. While not quite up to par with those in China, it's still one of the top three I've had in Paris. 2. Steamed Sea Bass: The fish was fresh, a simple home-style preparation, but the sauce was a bit too sweet. 3. Signature Beef Cubes (I think it's called Baixi Beef): The beef was very tender, stir-fried with a rich soy sauce and garlic, slightly charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It wasn't fully cooked, less than medium-rare. Those who don't like raw beef should avoid this. 4. White Asparagus and Crab Soup: The white asparagus was in season and very delicious, sweet, and the soup was quite flavorful. However, the thickening wasn't done well, making it very watery towards the end. Overall, it was pretty good; the environment was nice, and the food was decent. However, on my next visit, the service was poor; the food was served rudely and in a hurry. My good impression instantly vanished. 🔔There are two very cute dogs in the restaurant 🐶, very gentle and calm, not on a leash, roaming freely. Apparently, they are the manager; those afraid of dogs should be careful.
