24/01/2026: *** A Mixed Experience Previously impressed by the quality of the sashimi, this last visit left a bitter taste. While the meal wasn't disastrous, the accumulation of minor and major problems and hygiene issues is hard to ignore at this price point. ***Experience Details - Tempura: "Reconstituted" shrimp on a bed of white rice and cabbage. The starch/fried combination is heavy and rather clumsy; a bed of vegetables would have been much better, perhaps with the rice served on the side. - Main Course: Rolls/Sushi at almost €20. The portion of fish was far too small for the price. The crispy rolls were very strange and not very interesting in terms of texture. - Hygiene: Limescale-covered/dirty toilets, neglected light switches, marks on the walls. Some unset tables with stains. This is a major drawback; hygiene should be impeccable. *** Key takeaways The value for money is no longer there. I would rather pay €25 for a decent dish than leave hungry with ingredients that seem to have lost their quality. The visual presentation (rice under the fryer) and especially the cleanliness of the restrooms are issues that require immediate attention.
