Hello, having ordered through Deliveroo, I had time to read the recent reviews before receiving my order. I think I can clear up the mystery of "hot" or not-so-fresh sushi. Indeed, my Deliveroo driver picked up a hot order after I had received mine. Naturally, when he handed it to me, everything was lukewarm/hot, which wasn't very pleasant. However, the taste was very fresh; you can tell it's not a problem with the products but with the delivery. It would be good if you could reach an agreement with delivery companies to prevent mixing your cold and hot orders in the same delivery; it damages your image. Regarding the size of the sushi, they are a bit small, it's true, but balanced with the rice. Considering the price, I think it would be reasonable for them to be a bit larger (but still with a good balance of filling and rice). But personally, I prefer small, well-balanced sushi to large ones with almost nothing but rice, as you used to offer. One last point: the avocado wasn't ripe enough. Otherwise, it was generally good.
