Don't get me wrong: I have nothing against the classic little salmon sushi, but at €20 for a platter of 8 sushis I expect to feel something transcendental. No point at all, eco-responsible rice is absolutely normal and fish raised in a caring manner is the most classic. The service is, however, impeccable and the waitress, smiling and warm, efficient and friendly, will have wiped away our tears shed at the absurd idea of ​​reinventing something that did not need to be. In summary: at €20 a revisit, Deb and Arno should have started making homemade kombucha.
