Stop asking our opinion if you don't take it into account! Nothing has changed since February, the box release times are just not possible. For my part, it's more than an hour of waiting in the restaurant, without information on deadlines, and the person (who we will call Dorie for the resemblance), who takes out the orders gives orders out of order, a person who should being served after a month left before me... After looking at the names on the bags 20 times, asks again who is there in the store (given how many people are waiting...) when she realizes the people waiting elsewhere ...then look at the bags again. Bag which once again was not filled as it should be, I also did not have the chopsticks, napkins and even less the sauces (which were agreed upon when booking). After more than an hour late, no excuses, just do you want some extra sauce? Well no Dorie, I already want what I'm supposed to have... Honestly, no action, nothing, I find it average for such a big chain. And when we tell our experience on a verified review, it is not validated because it does not suit SushiShop =) P.S. the two stars are for the 3 people in the kitchen who held it together, although Dorie did not listen to the advice of one of them.

I always order takeaway, very good and punctual

During my visit, I dealt with Marie and Franck who were very friendly and pleasant. Kind, they take the time with you and that really made me happy! Thank you for your advice and your kindness 😊 Also, I'm not a "pro" at sushi but I'm used to those from Sushi Shop. Being very picky and not very fond of too “special” specialties, the Fresh Mix assortment is great 👌🏻 In short, I had a blast 🤤🍱🍣
