15/05/2024: Per all the other reviews, exceptional ramen; either shoyu or miso, and either plain, spicy, black garlic oil or spicy and black garlic. The black garlic shoyu we had was extraordinary . Minimal add-ins; basic bowl comes with one slice of pork; you can get additional pork, an egg, or seaweed, but it's really all about the broth and garlic oil for us. Goyza also offered. Others report long queues although we basically were seated immediately (there is an upstairs as well as the street level dining room.) Cheerful quick service. Not cheap, but worth it. Recommended and will return soon.

14/03/2024: Un samedi midi dans le quartier, petit pause méritée dans cet établissement visiblement renommé au vu de la file d’attente à l’extérieur. Salle bénéficiant d’un étage, l’attente fut récompensée par un accueil sympathique de notre serveur, d’une rapidité dans le service et des plats trop réconfortants. + 1 pour les gyozas et le bouillon du ramen au Tonkotsu extra goûteux. Restaurant que je recommande.
