Edit: I'm changing my review because I managed to get hold of someone from the restaurant on the phone. This person offered to send a delivery person for the missing item (I then received a delivery bag with two vinegared rice items).
This gesture improved my shopping experience. I've changed my rating accordingly.

A terrible shopping experience for a first order.
I'd like to update my review from yesterday.
Following my message about the error in my order, customer service contacted me very quickly. They took the time to listen to my complaint, refunded the item, and will be adding a credit to my loyalty account as a gesture of goodwill.
Honestly, I was really touched. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction and that they try to resolve things when there's a problem.
Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness.
And for that alone, I'm giving them 5 stars 🌟
