Sushi sometimes in poor condition but good products all the same

I usually order sushi/makis/rolls to take away... never disappointed. But one lunchtime we decided to eat there for once. 1 of the spaces dedicated to on-site catering is a depot/office with boxes, stored packaging, it's not very welcoming... Placed on the window side at the back of the room, it is pitted by mold and humidity. We ordered hot this time for a change, 1 of the dishes was unavailable but this was not said upon our installation, forced to change choice, the shrimp tempuras arrived soft (probably reheated in the microwave) and the dishes arrived barely warm. Obliged to use the microwave available in the room to heat everything up. For the price, the quality is clearly not there. This experience does not reflect all of my other take-out orders where the boxes are tasty, copious and freshly prepared. But very disappointed this time there

As a loyal customer, I am always impressed by the consistency of quality and service. The Sushi Shop in Angers has become my favorite place to enjoy delicious sushi in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment.
