Sushi Shop sur Paris

11/09/2026: This restaurant is simply the best sushi in Paris: very fresh fish, excellent rice, very affordable prices and always warm and lovely service.

11/09/2026: This was such a great experience! The food was delicious and everyone working there was so kind. The chef is a master of his craft and I highly recommend eating here over the restaurant across from them. Not meant to be shady but we learned that in Paris restaurants marked “Japanese” are done so for marketing but are often run by non Japanese people. True Japanese food spots will simply have Japanese names. Minori is definitely the real deal! Also is you’re curious, ask the owner to show you his picture with Miyazaki :)
