The raw salmon is of very high quality: meltingly tender, glistening, with an incredibly fresh taste that you only find in the best places. Special mention goes to the Japanese short-grain rice, a detail that many restaurants overlook, but which completely transforms the experience. The skewers are delicious, the salad fresh and well-balanced… You can tell they have a real mastery of the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine. A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for authenticity and flavor!
