Perfect, amazing food with free extras, soft music with a smiling and very welcoming waitress, I highly recommend this restaurant for a sushi fan.

A Japanese restaurant with good value for money.
We arrived around 1 p.m., and the waitress seated us in a large room where we were the only guests. The setting was lovely, and the atmosphere was warm.
The dishes were generous and very tasty.
It's a shame that, as it was the end of service, we didn't get to try the desserts.

Honestly, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to so far. The chef is fantastic, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.
Kudos for the Yin Yang menu!
The service is excellent. I'll gladly return on my next trip to Troyes.

We had the Yin & Yang set menu and a seafood ramen soup. What a treat! We 100% recommend it!

Never disappointed by the quality of the dishes offered 👍🏼 If you're looking for good sushi, this is the place to eat it 🍣🍱
The prices are a little high (count €25 for a tasty and generous dish) but the flavors are worth the detour 😋
PS: The welcome is always pleasant 🤗

Excellent restaurant, with a Chinese owner and a Vietnamese chef who has mastered Japanese cuisine to perfection.
A real treat, hardly more expensive than a Sushi Shop-type chain, but with much higher quality on the plate.
You can go there with your eyes closed.
