We arrived at 7:30 PM. We received a very warm welcome and had a huge selection of food. We were served very quickly. The food was excellent. The cleanliness was spotless. Honestly, the restaurant is simply amazing.

A Japanese restaurant with good value for money.
We arrived around 1 p.m., and the waitress seated us in a large room where we were the only guests. The setting was lovely, and the atmosphere was warm.
The dishes were generous and very tasty.
It's a shame that, as it was the end of service, we didn't get to try the desserts.

Honestly, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to so far. The chef is fantastic, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.
Kudos for the Yin Yang menu!
The service is excellent. I'll gladly return on my next trip to Troyes.
