Sushi Yaris sur Castres

Always a treat, I've been going there regularly for years. The sushi (or California...) are simple, good and of good size. No frills or foie gras here. It is simple and efficient. I don't give it 5 stars because we don't find original sushi like in some big cities. The owner does not advertise, nothing is displayed outside except the name of the brand. 6 tables inside, from 2 to 6 people. Too bad it's no longer open at lunchtime too.
