While not the best sushi in Angoulême, it's certainly the best we've had. The freshness, quality, and flavor of the rice, the fillings of the maki rolls, including the fried shrimp ones—everything is excellent! In addition, there's a well-stocked grocery store that has replaced the restaurant area.

Excellent 👌 As usual. Very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The grocery section is perfect for adding items to your sake and mochi order, for example. I highly recommend it 👍

06/01/2026: A two-story restaurant with ample seating. The decor is stylish and cozy. There's plenty of space between the tables. The octopus salad appetizer is a bit disappointing, as the octopus flavor is completely overwhelmed by very fragrant aromas of sesame seeds, chili, mushrooms, and other flavors I couldn't identify. The ramen menus are affordable and satisfying. The menu includes adamame as an appetizer, which isn't particularly interesting but keeps customers occupied while the kitchen prepares the main course. The confit pork ramen (Tonkotsu Chashu) is succulent and flavorful, as is the tan tan ramen (Tanmen), which is spicy minced pork ramen. Each ramen also includes naruto (sesame paste), sesame paste, noodles, a soft-boiled egg, bok choy, and a sheet of nori seaweed. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere calm with soft background music. Definitely the best ramen restaurant in Angoulême. I'll be back because there's a tempting menu with plenty of options. (Octopus fritters, mango mille-feuille :P)

02/06/2024: Au top du début à la fin : le service était parfait tout au long de la soirée, super sympa, agréable, très pro. Les plats sont excellents avec des produits super frais, tout simplément délicieux. (Gros + : les plats végétariens sont tout aussi bons que les sushis 😄)
02/04/2024: Tout était excellent. Nous avons pris pas mal de plats à partager (sushis, nems, gyozas, tempura). Nous avons adoré. la déco est très sympa, le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il fait très froid dans le restaurant.
