27/01/2026: Well, this is the place! The restaurant is a bit small, but very substantial. As is typical of Japanese eateries, the quality is excellent. At first glance, you might think it's a bit cramped, but don't be fooled; eating with chopsticks makes you precise. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a treat. Chang told me so... Yes, really, I assure you. The waiter is impeccably polite. The interior is elegant and refined. I came to Angoulême for the comic book festival, and this is the first one I've tried (actually, I've been coming since I was a kid). 24/01/2026: We came to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday with the family and we loved our evening. The welcome was very warm and friendly; we immediately felt at ease. A special mention goes to the lovely touch when we blew out the candles at dessert time – it really touched us. The food is homemade, authentic, and very well prepared, using quality ingredients. The ramen and udon are delicious, truly flavorful dishes. Excellent value for money. We had a wonderful evening and we will definitely return!
