One of the best sushi restaurants 🍣 in Colmar in a small street not far from the Collegiate Church. The staff is friendly, discreet and above all the food is very good!

The food here is fresher and more delicious, the price is cheaper than other places (after trying most of the sushi restaurants in the center) the food is really delicious and good price. Fresh sashimi. Everytime we go to colmar, we will go to this restaurant for lunch.

Had a very nice dinner at Sushia. My wife and I got sushi, I had the salmon platter which had spring sushi (lettuce), maki and California rolls. Fish tasted fresh, and the rice was well cooked. Had the perfect chew. Service was good, and staff were friendly (even though we stay down to eat at 21:40). It's just off the main square, but the prices were very fair and reflected this. Would recommend a visit.

Food was decent, I had the bento box which had generous portions. Very good service also. If you’re in the mood for sushi I would defiantly recommend sushia.

19/08/2024: My favorite Japanese restaurant in Alsace. The sushi/sashimi are very good, and if you get tired of them, you have to be tempted by the sukiyaki, to order in advance!
