The food was very well prepared. I highly recommend it, as I've been a customer for several years.

I come here regularly because it's a sure thing. It's hard to be disappointed.

Very good! It's a shame that: 1) They regularly advertise a 20-minute wait when it's actually an hour; particularly disrespectful for a takeaway service. 2) The delivered/pick-up food comes in plastic (bags and boxes): paper and cardboard would be much more environmentally friendly 😉

I always get takeout, so I can't comment on the quality, but I'll give points for the atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and it's always a pleasure to order from Sushi Bar. A delight, never disappointed. I tried the radish maki for the first time and will definitely order again!

The restaurant is well located, convenient for a quick lunch break. The welcome is decent, the service efficient, and the dishes arrive without a long wait. The menus are varied, and the prices are reasonable for the neighborhood. However, the quality of the salmon is clearly inconsistent: sometimes very good, sometimes disappointing, with a texture or taste that betrays a lack of freshness. This is a shame, as salmon is the very essence of a Japanese restaurant. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick bite or takeout, but it lacks the consistency to become a true benchmark.
