Well done: always on time and on quality!

As a loyal customer for over five years, I am extremely disappointed by the decline in service. Deliveries are consistently late, sometimes with a wait of over an hour and a half, without any call or apology. Missing items (gyozas) have already been reported, but there has been no compensation or follow-up. Tonight again, another hour and a half delay, and to top it off, inappropriate remarks from the delivery driver, even though all the details are clearly noted on the invoice. Prices are increasing, but the service is deteriorating significantly. It's getting worse and worse.

The food is very good, the service is excellent, and if you order delivery, it's just as good and fast. I recommend the chicken stir-fried noodles.

I get it delivered so I can't say anything about the atmosphere, but the delivery is fast and it's always just as good.
