Great restaurant! Self-service via tablet, pleasant atmosphere, tasty food, fair portion sizes and prices; the staff and owners are extremely friendly—they even helped my daughter with the chopsticks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant:)

This was, without a doubt, the best sushi experience I have ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The waitress was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Her service was outstanding – easily 10/10. As someone from Germany, I was honestly surprised by the level of hospitality. One thing that impressed me the most was that we were served complimentary miso soup before our meal, along with tap water at no extra charge. The water was served in a beautiful glass and was continuously refilled throughout our visit. In Germany, it’s common to pay several euros even for tap water, so this was such a refreshing and generous gesture that made us feel truly welcome. And then there was the sushi… it was absolutely incredible. Without exaggeration, it was the best sushi I have ever eaten. Everything tasted unbelievably fresh, flavorful, juicy, and of the highest quality. You could immediately tell how fresh the fish was. It honestly felt as if it had just been caught that day. Every bite was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded all of my expectations. Amazing food, exceptional service, and wonderful hospitality. If I ever come back to Strasbourg, I will definitely visit Sushi Do again. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable sushi experience!

We had a very good meal (for the third time) and will be back. The food is excellent. It was busy, and the young waitress was very efficient and, above all, very friendly.

The interior has been renovated in recent months and is quite successful, much less cold than before. We ate well there, with good value for money: we will definitely be back.
