The roadside location is not ideal but the specialty sushi outclasses the competition. My favorites are the scallops and foie gras sushi. They are worth the trip. Never seen this level anywhere else. The salmon sushi is more traditional and the honey goat sushi is good but a little dry. Afterwards, it's a matter of taste. Creativity. The presentation is perfect. Good Japanese beer. The products are very fresh. Quality desserts. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend this restaurant.
