17/06/2026: The joy of finally finding a real Japanese chef! 🇯🇵✨ What a pleasure to taste authentic, traditional sushi! The fish is prepared remarkably well and incredibly fresh. The chef has mastered his art to perfection; you can taste an amazing subtlety and a unique Japanese authenticity in every bite. A pure delight! As for the dining room, the welcome and service are excellent. She knows the menu inside and out, and is perfectly familiar with every type of fish. Exemplary professionalism and absolute kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant to finally rediscover authentic Japanese cuisine. Go without hesitation!
