We were not disappointed at all with our Valentine's Day meal. My partner had been there before, and it was my first time. The meal was truly excellent, the presentation was beautiful and meticulous. The service was pleasant and very quick. We especially loved the gyozas for dessert, the pink Valentine's Day rice, and the restaurant's decor.

As regular customers, I can attest to the undeniable quality of the food.
Abroad, it's very common to no longer be served at the table. The cardboard packaging instead of plates might seem surprising, but again, I prefer to highlight the agility and problem-solving approach in a sector facing a labor shortage rather than simply accepting the situation.
So yes, there are changes, and there will surely be more, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the food, the beauty of the setting, or the enjoyable experience. ☺️

However, I don't like the service in cardboard boxes, like for takeout; I would prefer to be served on a plate.

CJ Sushi is a gem! Family experience, the products are ultra fresh and high quality, you can feel all the artisanal know-how in each dish. The welcome is warm and very professional. The restaurant is impeccable and the team available. A real pleasure every time you visit - without a doubt the best sushi in the region! 👌
