We have been going to this restaurant for 15 years, the quality has never varied, the owner and his wife are friendly and welcoming. Not wanting to go to the city center, we tried other "Japanese" but nothing worked, Sushiyaki was far ahead. Don't change anything! JH and Dorota

Best quality sushi in Toulouse!! The portions are generous and the sushi is very thick. You bite into a thick slice of fish, it’s very pleasant. It may seem high for Toulouse but the value for money is great! We come out of the meal feeling well rested. The service is good, the place itself is nothing special but is not unpleasant. We'll definitely enjoy it!

Pour avoir mangé dans de très nombreux restaurants japonais , celui ci est en haut de la liste !!! Excellent accueil , personnel agréable . Produits très frais , les préparations se font en direct ... Évidement , comme dans tous les japonais , ce n est pas donné, mais la qualité est là ... nous n avons pas été déçu , et nous y reviendrons, c est sur ... Conseil de réserver ..

Delicious, very fresh fish. Fast service and pleasant waiters. P.S: no spoon for the soup, you have to drink it from a bowl.

26/08/2024: Très bonne expérience dans ce restaurant japonais, belle décoration, plats très bons et accueil très sympathique. Attention, il n’y a pas de sushis.
25/06/2024: IORI is a Japanese izakaya restaurant that was recommended to me a lot in Toulouse and I am honestly not disappointed! There is a varied menu with many dishes to share, all very good. The prices are fair and you can find the flavors of dishes tasted in Japan. The decoration and atmosphere are also really nice. I recommend the takoyakis, the dashi omelette and the Japanese croquette. Remember to book :)

27/01/2025: I recommend this establishment that we discovered this evening. The managers are both very welcoming, on the phone and at the counter. We even find ourselves paying for our sushi with a smile, that same smile that doesn't stop, throughout our tasting of these homemade products. We will come back with great pleasure! Yohan.
