Sylon sur Paris

I visited early in the morning, so there weren't many people and it was nice and quiet :) I asked the owner for a menu recommendation and tried the salmon pancakes, which were incredibly delicious! The cucumber served with it was sweet and sour, making it even better.

Excellent coffee, a very warm welcome, and the brunch was delicious.

Beautiful and chill cafe, great vibes, delicious breakfast, amazing coffee!

Looking for a place to brunch on a Saturday near Montmartre, we found Café Sylon and put our names on a very well-organized waiting list. We were told there would be a 30-minute wait, our names were taken, and our arrival time was noted. After a quick window-shopping break, we waited very little time for a table. Plus, there's a bench outside where you can wait. The waitresses were lovely, apologizing for the short wait to take our order. The food was delicious. My vegetarian friend was also delighted with her avocado toast, which had creative toppings that complemented each other perfectly. I had the salmon pancake, which was very indulgent and generous. The portions were perfect—not too much, not too little. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and wide variety of coffee, tea, matcha, and lattes on offer. We recommend and would gladly return to Sylon café!

Excellent spot for breakfast or brunch in Pigalle. The yogurt with the granola is excellent and the coffee is very tasty!

A very nice room where you feel comfortable, hearty and high-quality meals, if you are passing through Montmartre this is a brunch to do.

Nice little cafe/brunch spot! The food is good and the coffee is excellent.

The food was okay, look very nice. A bit too long for waiting to order so I just went straight to the counter to pay later instead of waiting again.

Fantastic place for brunch, everything was excellent.

The place is intimate and nice not too crowded. I tried the signature pancakes and unfortunately they were way too sweet and sugary… Too much for me to be honest.
