Taberna Latina sur Lille

Okay everyone, RUN to this restaurant if you like food that feeds your soul and cocktails that remind you of a time when you could still rent a one-bedroom apartment for less than €1,000 a month. 😅 We walked past this place and thought, “Looks decent, why not?” But damn, were we wrong. The food. The drinks. The portions. The prices. This place is absolutely incredible. Genuinely, genuinely recommend going here. Everything was so good, the prices were almost suspicious, and we left very happy and VERY full. 😂 Go. You will not regret it for a second.

We came for lunch at the end of May. We received a very warm welcome. The dishes we chose were simply exquisite and the prices were very reasonable (€30 for two people for two cocktails and two courses). We will be back!

A fantastic experience in the heart of Lille! The Cuban-Brazilian cuisine was excellent and the waiter was very friendly!

Young and multicultural atmosphere

We arrived at 9:30 PM for a shot of Baileys. We left completely wasted at 1:00 AM. Ayden made us some killer shots (amaretto, vodka, passion fruit tequila) and then a caipirinha, etc. Then he pretended to let us win at darts, only to fleece us in the next 10 games. Kudos to him, a very good salesman. We'll be back!
