Self-service restaurant, but good quality. Dishes served in jars. The catch of the day was excellent for €17. For dessert, fromage blanc with pistachio and cranberry coulis.
We ate outside in the shade of tall pine trees.
Recommended.
Price for 2 people
Typical parc freshly packed food. Warm, comforting and a perfect end to the 6km walk in the park. + Outdoor seating is just the right vibe you need.
If I am back in the park, I will be back in the restaurant, simply because _ why not ?
Given the park's popularity, this fast-food spot could easily be just another tourist trap, but it's anything but. The menu features simple, home-style starters, main courses, and desserts, all well-prepared and generously portioned. I particularly recommend the shredded beef with homemade mashed potatoes. The convenience of self-service is sure to please even those in a hurry.
We were pleasantly surprised by this self-service restaurant. There was no wait at all, even on a Thursday at 1 p.m. during school holidays. A wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, attractively presented in jars. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And the staff were very friendly.
I highly recommend it.
Marquenterre Park
Opens at 10:00 AM - approximately a 2-hour visit
Which led us to the park's restaurant/shop around noon for a snack.
The place is authentic.
We loved the wooden deck built around the large, long-standing trees that have been preserved.
The beer is light.
The salmon donut and the chicken pan bagnat we chose were delicious.
Thank you.

We enjoyed the buffalo, which was an unexpected and delightful discovery.
The service is excellent, friendly, and cheerful! I highly recommend it if you're visiting the area.
31/03/2026: The restaurant looked closed, so we went up and check it out.
They were not and what a pleasant surprise! I had de cassolette de St. Jaque and for main Ficille Picarde. Both delicious.
Staff was kind and attentive and the environment is such a nice place in the country. It was not busy at all, but why, it is really so nice.
