Excellent experience at the Taj Mahal in Le Mans, very reasonable prices which have never increased despite inflation, the almond curry is excellent as is the cheese naan, pleasant welcome!

Being English love a good curry but Indian food in France is different to what we get in UK and normally less spicy. I had the Biryani here and it was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant. It was full the night we went but we got a table and the service was excellent

20/01/2026: The meal was very good, but some details were disappointing: the meat wasn't very pleasant to chew, and the cheese in the naan was awful, like an industrial cheese (such as Kiri). The sauces and spices, however, were good.

16/08/2024: Twelve euros for a three course curry lunch, excellent value for money. Good beer, lovely and clean. Onion bhajis starter, chicken curry and coconut desert were all delicious.
04/08/2024: Great Indian for France and Le Mans......they come pretty close to English taste in Indian food and at a reasonable price. Recommend
