Talamara is the best couscous by far in Saint Malo and its surrounding region. The semolina is exquisite, the vegetables tasty, the meat tender as can be. A nice plate and you will no longer be hungry, and if by chance you want more, the boss will come and serve you again, with the added bonus of a smile and a kind word. So frankly, why go somewhere else to be disappointed!
