We hired Djamal to cater a couscous dinner for 25 guests. Everyone was delighted, and so were we. The owner was charming and lent us all the necessary equipment. I highly recommend this establishment, a Saint-Malo institution for about twenty years!

10/09/2026: We received a warm welcome. We were easily seated outside with our dog, and the waiter immediately brought him water. The service was perfect from start to finish. The wait was reasonable, as it's a tourist area and sometimes crowded, but the servers adapt to the situation. The prices are more than fair compared to some places near Porte Saint-Vincent, which are tourist traps. Here, we were a little removed from the crowds, which meant they didn't feel pressured to clear the space quickly. The meal was excellent because, having ordered the three-cheese pizza, I let the chef choose the cheeses. It was perfect, nothing to complain about. A highly recommended place run by young people who aren't trying to charge exorbitant prices in a touristy area. We'll be back on our next visit.

Le Cafe de Saint Malo

18/08/2026: Well located, about a 10-minute walk from the city walls, everything was fine, they don't speak any Spanish at reception, the rooms were clean, a bit small but that's how Ibis hotels are, good price, there's no air conditioning, just a fan.
16/06/2026: We received a warm welcome at this hotel. The location is a real plus, as you can reach the city walls in 15 minutes. Breakfast offers a good selection, even at 9:50 am. Parking is available for an extra charge. The rooms are very spacious, and there are several family rooms available.
