We stayed at Beau Site for two nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. We couldn't imagine a better place to start our holiday. The owner of the hotel greeted us and seemed so excited we had arrived, she showed us around the hotel and to our room. A friend of ours had arranged with the hotel for there to be champagne in our room when we arrived. We had already advised the hotel that one of us was vegan, and so they had kindly prepared a vegan alternative to a cheese board for us to accompany the champagne (we particularly loved the aubergine!). The room was huge and beautiful and the grounds are just stunning. Many of the hotels we saw nearby had very manicured lawns etc but the Beau Site is clearly managed with nature in mind and the planting is diverse, thoughtful and buzzing with pollinators. The private beach is lovely and shady and we hired a kayak to go out on the lake. We also did go to the swimming pool hamam and sauna which are again, gorgeous. We did go for a drink at another hotel on one evening and for lunch the following day, and it was very noticeable the energy of the Beau Site staff in comparison to other places. At the other hotel we had a drink at the staff were abrupt and seemed quite stressed - at Beau Site every single person we spoke to seemed unstressed and ready to help us in any way they could. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant where there is a full 3 course vegan menu (VERY rare in France, we have found) which was one of the best meals we've ever had. Our stay at Beau Site was quite an expensive treat for us, but we felt this place was worth every penny and I think we could easily have spent the same money elsewhere and had a much less lovely time. We had an amazing week in this area and so glad we chose this hotel. We were greeted with an amazing smile from Miley on reception, checked in with ease and then given a tour of the facilities. We decided on a lake view room with a balcony, the views didn’t disappoint. The hotel has ample parking towards the rear, with easy access through the hotel spa or main entrance. The restaurant offers amazing service and food, a special mention to Tibo who was first class in his knowledge and attention. The area of Talloires offer walks,restaurants and local produce. We ventured out into the local areas with main attractions close or an hour or so near by. We found this hotel had everything and more of what we expected prior to visiting, the only compliant, we had to leave.

Incredible place, a haven of peace 😊 A warm welcome, thank you to the staff, receptionists, and masseuses as well. We took the boat trip and discovered the beautiful lake. A wonderful place, thank you again. Excellent breakfast with a magnificent view. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The room was fantastic with a superb view, and the restaurant was delicious.

A quality establishment located in one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Annecy. Ideally situated on the lakefront. Owners are present and dedicated to providing excellent service. Simple but comfortable rooms. Refined cuisine and a generous breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff (though sometimes a little abrupt with some, but oh well...). Perfect for a stay with friends, family, or as a couple. Numerous activities nearby.

There were eight couples of us for the Pentecost weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Well done and thank you to the very friendly and efficient teams.

A magnificent establishment, lovely staff who took great care of us, the managers are lovely, top room, excellent restaurant, in short, an unforgettable weekend, we will gladly return, thank you for everything.
