We ate at Taloka by chance one evening and we weren't disappointed. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and the taloka are delicious. Eating on the terrace right in the heart of Bayonne was very pleasant. A delightful surprise.

I highly recommend it! The authentic Basque talo, just the way we like it, is filled with originality and quality ingredients, which is becoming increasingly rare. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and convivial. They have excellent draft beer and offer the chance to discover local drinks. We'll be back!

A little unassuming spot for relaxation. In the Place des Halles, a small counter offers a warm welcome and good cheer, where you'll discover simple cuisine based on corn cakes at a very reasonable price. We left the table with full stomachs and satisfied with this impromptu break.

At 12:18 we settled in, by 12:25 we'd already devoured the excellent taloa ventreche, and by 12:30 we had to order the txistorra version again. Long live sausage! Long live corn!

The taloas were well-prepared but unfortunately not very generously filled. The ventrèche salad was well-seasoned, and the tarta was very good. The waitress was lovely.

26/08/2026: Don't hesitate. The setting is lovely, the food is very good, and above all, the staff is incredibly kind. Even as a family, arriving before opening time with our two little ones, we were received and pampered like royalty. So many thoughtful touches for the children; it's rare enough to motivate me to leave a review. A big thank you and well done!
