Discovered this café with its cozy atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, and so were the pastries. We'll be back.

A 10 out of 10! The gentleman who runs the cafe is lovely, and the coffee is very good.

The expats should shut up with their bad reviews because they can't be digital nomads and don't pay taxes, thus increasing the cost of living for locals. This is the best coffee shop in the city! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Take a moment to unwind with a pot of well-brewed tea. Large selection to choose from, including both tea and coffee. Courteous service, neat establishment, clean restroom. For those who desire quality.

Super cozy coffee and tea bar with delicious homemade pastries. Huge selection, perfect place for connoisseurs. Yet, just as good and friendly service for the laymen among us.

Simply the best coffee in Bordeaux! A huge variety of coffees, excellent pastries, and lovely staff. Note that, unlike some other cafes, it's not a workspace. The menu could perhaps be redesigned as it's not very user-friendly; but I'm just nitpicking.

I go there regularly. The coffee is super good and high quality. You can tell it's made by someone who's passionate and takes the time to do it right.

La Mona

03/09/2026: I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars in my memory, but it's not nice to have closed permanently without warning anyone, without a notice on the door or on social media. It's rather disrespectful to the customers who came regularly. La Bastide is in mourning.
24/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria, homemade without a doubt. Go without hesitation, and the staff are lovely!

La mama

09/10/2026: A fantastic experience at La Mama! The food was truly excellent, everything was delicious, and the dishes arrived piping hot and quickly. The eggplant mille-feuille and the carbonara were absolutely incredible! The servers are lovely, very kind and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is superb; the restaurant was quite full, but despite the crowd, the noise level remained perfectly reasonable, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. This was my second time at La Mama, and I'm still not disappointed—quite the opposite! I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and for the warm welcome and atmosphere. I will definitely be back! ❤️
27/09/2026: Very good wood-fired pizzas with generous toppings. Friendly staff. Worth discovering.
