I love Thai cuisine. I find its flavors at tao bento. Service a little slow depending on who serves you but not necessarily serious, the preparers are nose in their tasks, little interaction with customers apart from at the cash register where they just try to sell you extra stuff. It's a shame, there's a lack of nice exchanges, we feel that it's profitability first and foremost. And, at the end of the shift, everyone is busy with end-of-shift tasks and we can sometimes wait at the cash register for nothing because we don't notice that someone is waiting. Too bad the atmosphere is so impersonal and so cold. I improved the rating, I came back, the service was better than the first time even if it still remains quite impersonal and the interactions. For me, the exchange with the staff is as important as what we come to get.

Everything is perfect except the Uber Eat delivery service, especially the person who delivered to me today. We pay for a service for delivery to our doorstep or to the door and this person wanted me to come to him and what's more, he allows himself to bitch at me. I have already asked Tao Bento and the charming young woman I spoke to on the phone confirms that delivery is made to the entrance of the apartment.
