Tartiflette La sur Bourg-Saint-Maurice

I'm sorry to give it 3 stars because the service was friendly and fairly quick, the place was clean, the bathroom was tidy, and the bread was very good. We had two tartiflettes, both very good: - 1 tartiflette served with mushrooms (€4 more than the regular tartiflette) - 1 tartiflette served with prosciutto (€3 more than the regular tartiflette) The mushrooms, however, were literally 5 pieces of mushrooms, and the prosciutto was literally two slices (see photo). They definitely weren't worth the price increase. The waiter ultimately charged us €3 less than we'd calculated. I don't know if he made a mistake or realized it wasn't worth it. In any case, we appreciated it. The prices are good; we felt they were slightly lower than average, despite the good food. I hope this helps us improve! Thanks for the dinner

We had our first meal this evening, with a new chef. Fantastic! The evening menu was excellent value for money. Home-style cooking. We enjoyed a delicious tartiflette as a family and appreciated the selection of desserts. Personally, I loved the red fruit vacherin.

It wasn't just the starter, main course, and dessert that were exceptional, but the service, the attention to detail... and what can I say about that cake made especially for the occasion? We tried this restaurant while walking by one Sunday for lunch. We saw the menu, which was very reasonably priced, and we stopped for a bite. The staff were very friendly, the food arrived quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend the tartiflette and the fillet steak. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat here again.

We had a wonderful time! Despite the obvious staff shortage, the waiter was outstanding: very friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. He managed the service with great calm and efficiency, which truly deserves to be highlighted. As for the food, it was a real treat: the fondue was excellent, generous, and full of flavor, as was the tartiflette, perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The portions are substantial; you definitely get your money's worth! And to finish, the little génépi after such a hearty meal was a welcome treat. A truly wonderful restaurant in Bourg-Saint-Maurice that I highly recommend. Well done to the whole team, and a special mention to the waiter for his professionalism despite the circumstances!

During a stroll with friends around the heritage sites of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, we discovered this welcoming establishment with a varied menu and delicious, generous, and appetizing daily specials. Beautiful salads accompanied our meal on the terrace. Very attractive prices. Highly recommended.
