Good morning, The best couscous I have eaten outside, The fine semolina is very rare now... and the rest is nothing but happiness. Your kofta meatballs are divine. Continue like this and thank you for introducing oriental cuisine to its rightful place. See you soon

Simply excellent! The semolina is incredibly tender and melts in the mouth, the portions are more than generous, and the lamb is very well cooked as well as the vegetable broth. One of the best couscous I have eaten in a restaurant, and the best in Aix, I recommend!
