A wonderful discovery. The establishment exudes authenticity, as evidenced by its excellent flambéed dishes. However, the service could be improved: some drinks were forgotten, the knife wasn't quite right for cutting the flambéed apples, there were no water glasses, etc. Nevertheless, I think every lover of Alsatian cuisine will find something to enjoy despite these minor shortcomings. Special mention goes to the Grand Marnier flambéed apple tart, which was truly magnificent. I would gladly return and would highly recommend this establishment.

I'm a regular customer; I come twice a month with my son on Sunday evenings. I'm old enough and experienced enough to distinguish a truly good, homemade tarte flambée from one marketed to tourists. I'm shocked to read the latest reviews, which I think are fake. First of all, the waitresses are always friendly. Secondly, the dough is homemade, baked in a wood-fired oven. All the traditional methods are followed in the recipe and preparation. The atmosphere is welcoming and very pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient, contrary to what I've read in some reviews. Furthermore, the setting is authentically Alsatian. I'm rather critical and demanding, but I've never been disappointed. My son and I go back every two weeks because we're always delighted. The tarte flambée is perfectly prepared and perfectly cooked. The other dishes on the menu that I've tried are very good and truly represent Alsatian cuisine. In my opinion, it's the best tarte flambée restaurant in the area. There are clearly people who deliberately leave negative comments to cause harm. Trust me, a delicious tarte flambée awaits you here. I have over 7 million views on my reviews and 40 years of experience with local tarte flambée. Don't be fooled by the naysayers. The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, as are the waitresses, who are very well-chosen, young, motivated, and very attractive. Ah yes, I read a review saying the ice cream isn't homemade… Proof that these are malicious reviews because the origin is clearly stated on the menu… it's a local ice cream parlor nearby, a high-quality artisan ice cream maker, and the ice cream is simply amazing! Just like the tarte flambée and other dishes. Stop the bashing! You customers, leave a review; I know it will be 5 stars!

Affordable prices, friendly staff, and very good tarte flambée at a great price. Visited on a weekday, so perhaps less lively, but it could use a little something extra to make it even more welcoming.
