I was disappointed that there were no mussels marinière, but the kind explanation I received for this was understandable, given the very unusual conditions we experienced this summer with the extreme heat. I therefore happily enjoyed another of my favorite dishes, the steak tartare. Many thanks to the team for their consistently impeccable service.

The portions were good, but the sauerkraut was bland. A shame.
The background music was excessive. It created an unpleasant noise that added to the murmur of conversations.

After notifying the establishment, we arrived 50 minutes late. We were still very warmly welcomed. La Taverne offers excellent dishes, expertly prepared in the traditional brasserie style. The service was impeccable, with a very pleasant, friendly, and helpful waitress. We'll definitely be back! 😊

It's very well located (opposite Galeries Lafayette and the République parking lot). The food is amazing, the meat is cooked perfectly, and OMG, the portions are so generous and delicious.

A very good restaurant with quality ingredients and very generous portions. The waitresses were also very friendly. The wait was a little long, but it was Sunday, the restaurant was quite full, and if they were short-staffed, as is the case everywhere, it's understandable.
Otherwise, I highly recommend La Taverne; it's a restaurant worth trying.
