Restaurant specializing in good French and Belgian cuisine (raclette etc.) where you will eat perfectly. Surprisingly long, there are 2 rooms and nice decor and cozy atmosphere, my friends had a raclette and I enjoyed a tlm beef carpaccio,,, a little scare on arrival, reservation not taken into account (ouch) and finally we were placed, I will probably return there however insufficient lighting in the back room I find.. To redo

We had a nice evening in this cozy Restaurant, not really touristic. Our meals were very good and the atmosphere was very friendly. I would come back when I visit Rouen again!

Εξαιρετικό εστιατόριο με καλές τιμές ,ωραία ατμόσφαιρα που το τυρί σου σπάει την μύτη και το burger με Camembert είναι απίστευτο . Προετοιμαστείτε όμως να μιλήσετε γαλλικά ,εγώ τα κατάφερα με 5 μαθήματα .

14/12/2024: The bar itself is good however I find that the term "cat bar" is far from appropriate, there are only 3 cats very distant from the tables

Brasserie Paul

30/12/2025: The menu prices reflect the quality of the food (it's not overpriced), however, I wouldn't call this establishment a brasserie but rather a bouillon (or a good canteen). For €10-15 a dish, you shouldn't expect miracles. For an everyday meal, it's good value for money, even if it's a bit noisy and sometimes a little too lively!
28/12/2025: Very friendly staff. Although booked out for lunch on the 25 th (!) December I got a table. Food was fine . Prices reasonable.
