Well located opposite the Parc de la Villette! A little effort on cleanliness and it would be even better.

Despite the negative comments, I found the establishment clean and quiet. A special mention to our contact on our arrival who, despite several incidents in our room, was very friendly and helpful. On the other hand, I noted a tension between the employees met which should not ultimately contribute to the quality of the service. Also note multiple maintenance and upkeep defects which are not up to the standards of a 4-star establishment.

I particularly thank the night receptionist on the evening of August 28, who honored the request of the “Duke of Lausanne” to celebrate the birthday of a hotel resident that very evening. A "Mercure" unfortunately not very well placed in relation to the neighborhood, but ultimately we feel at home there. It's not great luxury, but the employees, reception, service and housekeeping are all adorable and that's more important than having a luxurious room!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. This hotel is easily accessible, just a short walk from Metro 5. The staff at the front desk are all friendly. Water is always available in the room. Purified water is also placed in the lobby so you can drink it whenever you like. It was very helpful not having to go to the supermarket to buy water every time. The room also had a bathtub, so I was able to relax. The room is also comfortable. However, the air conditioner seemed to only be used for heating. In summer, only ventilation is required. The only thing I'm worried about is what to do when it's extremely hot. It's a hotel you can stay at again other than summer. Breakfast was also delicious.

Very good location and above all it is an establishment which has underground parking. Well it's quite narrow at first but then it goes pretty well. The room may need a little extra cleaning but nothing too serious. Our room did not have air conditioning (work in progress) but I would like to thank the receptionist who compensated us for this inconvenience, we greatly appreciated the commercial gesture. The buffet breakfast is quite interesting from a value for money point of view. Yogurt would be nice because unless I'm mistaken I only saw bowls of fromage blanc. Otherwise everything else was very good. We will return to this establishment without worries.

When I arrived at the hotel I had the very unpleasant surprise of learning that the air conditioning was broken. From what I understood on site and read in comments this outage had not just occurred and had already been going on for a few weeks. Placed in a room, certainly on the north side, supposed to limit the heat, I spent three very bad nights between the heat and the noise. It's impossible to leave the window closed without feeling like you're in a sauna and feeling unwell. It would be greatly appreciated in the future if you warned your customers BEFORE they arrived at the hotel of this type of inconvenience, to allow them to find an alternative solution. Even OUIGO is capable of it ;-) I had to try it twice before a ventilator was made available to me. Otherwise the rest is very good, good bedding, comfortable room, everything is functional and the staff are friendly.

Reservation of a room with twin beds. The hotel reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to access from the metro and/or by car with underground parking (small downside on parking which requires a third-party reservation or a call to the hotel a few hours before arrival). The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. The breakfast (buffet) is provided and varied.

Guinness on tap and a wide selection of whiskey made for a pleasant surprise next to our hotel. The ambiance was easygoing and casual, with many locals frequenting the place. The bartenders spoke English, which was helpful. Although it's not a restaurant, you can get big meat and cheese plates, which saved our night. We had a good time and made some Parisian friends.
