As I was leaving, I stopped to tell the two lovely young women behind the counter that, by far, this was the best Starbucks I've ever been to… and I've been to countless ones (I was born in the US). What made it exceptional was the warm, friendly, and courteous welcome, AND… our coffee was served at our table! The server immediately came back to replace my latte with a decaf, even though I wasn't sure if it was her mistake—maybe I'd forgotten to specify "decaf." She didn't hesitate for a second and happily replaced it. To top it all off… the restrooms were spotless. Whenever I'm in the area, I plan to go back, if only to savor the feeling of being surrounded by people who genuinely care about their customers. Kudos to management and kudos to the staff!
