Tearoom Croix d'Or sur Lourdes

Perfect hotel to go to when coming to Lourdes. Such a peaceful spot. Only a few minutes' walk down the road from the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right by the riverside, and as you come out of the hotel, just across the bridge, you enter into all the stores and restaurants. Small supermarket just across the bridge also, which was super handy. Approximately an 8-minute walk through the shops to get to the sanctuary -perfect walking distance. Staff are brilliant, very kind and respectful. The bar was open till around 11 pm; they served us coffee after we came back a bit late from the prayer at the church. So kind and respectful. Would highly recommend . The rooms are very neat, simple, and clean regardless of what size. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for a peaceful trip of prayer coming to Lourdes. Great Hotel, quiet, clean rooms and close to the sanctuary.

Excellent hotel with a night porter! The restaurant offers very good and varied cuisine. All the staff are extremely kind, cheerful, smiling, and efficient.

We stayed at this hotel for three days during the PMI (International Military Pilgrimage). The only negative point concerns the soundproofing, which unfortunately wasn't up to par. We were initially on the ground floor with windows overlooking the terrace, and we could hear a lot of noise. The hotel also allowed parties until 2 a.m., which made sleeping really difficult. However, we want to emphasize the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff: after reporting the problem, the team immediately found a solution by changing our room, which completely improved our stay. A real plus and excellent customer service. Aside from that, the hotel is really very good: the bedding is amazing, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning is very welcome, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.
