A first for the three of us, and we weren't disappointed at all. I've seen some of the frankly exaggerated comments. It's true, the place is very dark, but... I'd say the light shines through in the food. Generous portions and delicious. Honestly, nothing to complain about. As for the service, the waiter didn't speak French very well, but with a little patience and kindness, we managed perfectly well. He was incredibly kind. He gave us a very warm welcome, and I thank him for that. Kudos to the chef as well!

Very good restaurant, the food is delicious. The place is a bit dark; more light would be better. There are some nasty comments; the waiter doesn't speak French very well, but because of that, he does his job properly and is very polite. Best of luck to you. See you soon.

08/06/2025: This establishment was a wonderful discovery for us, who were just passing through to explore the historic sites of Verdun. The cuisine is refined and carefully prepared. The vegetables are to die for, a welcome change from the usual fries and rice. The gourmet coffee is very delicious, and the crème brûlée is very creamy. We were warmly welcomed, and the decor is quite pleasant. I recommend this unassuming establishment, located on the roadside in the hills above Verdun. Go there with your eyes closed.

10/07/2025: The stars confirm my impression. Great value for money. Example: 3 people 1 starter 3 main courses 2 desserts plus drinks for €90. What's there to complain about? Exactly! NOTHING Service staff also speak English, very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend stopping here.
