A truly wonderful culinary experience. The cooking on the hot plate right in front of us is always impressively precise, and the chef clearly enjoys interacting with his guests. The cooking is perfectly executed, and the ingredients are fresh. I highly recommend it.

The best Teppanyaki in Paris, perfect service with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, using fresh French products, except for the foie gras which is defrosted, but that's normal to be able to offer it year-round. The chef is so warm and welcoming that you'll have a perfect experience.

We visited Paris in late November for our honeymoon. The temperature was colder than in Japan, and I'm not sure if the mulled wine I had that afternoon helped, but I was suffering from a stomachache that was getting the better of me, so I stopped by this restaurant that caught my eye. (I left my wife behind.) My first response was, "Excuse me, can I use your restroom?", which I thought was rude, but the owner was kind enough to let me use it. Afterwards, I had a beer and grilled squid, since it was so delicious. It was so good that I would have liked to have enjoyed it more if I had had the time, but unfortunately, since it was our last day in Paris, we didn't have the time. When the owner of the restaurant told me at the checkout, "It's been getting cold in Paris since around this week, so please take care of yourself," I was so moved that I almost cried. It's a funny story now, but at the time I was in a real pinch, lol. I definitely want to go back there if I visit Paris again.

I returned to this teppanyaki restaurant for the sheer pleasure of the food, not for superficial pretension. The chef is always welcoming and friendly. The scallops are cooked perfectly on the griddle with their sake sauce. The beef is deliciously tender, served with mushrooms. I'll be back for the grilled salmon and squid... and the excellent Japanese green tea. The set menu prices are also very reasonable compared to other teppanyaki restaurants.

I would say this is the best teppanyaki I've ever tasted. The chef is very warm and his team is very welcoming. You need to reserve by phone if you want a seat at the counter!
