A terrace that's a victim of its own success and its location in the heart of the tourist city. Always full (a testament to its quality), you don't have to wait long for a table to become available. The drinks menu is varied, and the appetizer platter is just right in terms of quantity but superior in terms of quality. A great place to stop for a break during your city tour.

A wonderfully located place by the river where you can take a breather before or after a boat tour in Strasbourg and visit the museum right next to it... However, their understanding of 'croque monsieur' is different than the general... :(

The most beautiful terrace in Strasbourg, the trees 🌲 the river the wind, we just don't want to leave, plus good service and good cuisine!! Impeccable 👍

Average level of service and quality, but not that bad. I was impressed by the glasses for white wine, I had the feeling that they were of reduced weight. I can say that the Flamkuhena we ate was traditionally well prepared, the utensils Impressed me, as if they were collected from somewhere, all different. I had to use the toilet, the hygiene is not at a good level, the liquid soap had run out, there is still much to be desired.

08/08/2026: Excellent evening at La Salamandre! Great experience at La Salamandre in Strasbourg! The atmosphere was fantastic, the music was great, and the setting was very well done. The staff is welcoming, and the team ensures a great atmosphere. It's definitely a great place to spend a wonderful evening and have fun with friends. I highly recommend it and I'll be back!

Cafe Berlin

04/08/2026: Café Berlin boasts the best beer (pilsner, I think) in Strasbourg. Its location at the far end of Place d'Austerlitz – pedestrianized and car-free – combined with the friendliness of its incredibly welcoming and admirable staff and its overall cheerful atmosphere, makes it one of Strasbourg's top-rated bars/terraces/cafés! It offers a touch of holiday spirit, perfect for relaxation and intellectual (or otherwise) conversation, all year round! Excellent tarte flambée, happy hour from 6 pm – what more could you ask for from this unique place, where you feel safe and valued! Hats off to the owner and his team! You'll feel right at home there! Cheers!
22/06/2026: Good location, good food, I tried their Lebanese platter and it was a pleasant surprise, great team, if you go don't hesitate to ask for the manager Adem, he took care of us and it was perfect.
